At the invitation of the Consulate General in Kota Denpasar, China Public Diplomacy Association received a religious friendly group from Bali Indonesian from October 23 to 28 in Beijing.The group consisted of 11 people, mainly from Indonesia Bali Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama.The group was headed by the Chairman of FKUB Ida Penglingsir Agung Putra Sukahet.
On October 24th, Vice President Hu Zhengyue of CPDA met with the delegation. The two sides conducted a discussion in the fields of culture, religion and public diplomacy between China and Indonesian.
During the stay in Beijing, the delegation also visited Beijing Folk Museum, Lama Temple, Central Conservatory of Music and Beijing Fenghuangling Farming College.
The delegation and the leaders of Beijing Folk Museum and Lama Temple and other people in charge of relevant units held talks on the religious and cultural exchanges between China and Indonesia.
The delegation visited the school’s Music History Museum at the Central Conservatory of Music and also had courses related to Chinese folk music and Indonesian music.
The delegation also conducted a discussion with the person in charge of Beijing Fenghuangling Farming College on the topic of rural culture protection and traditional culture protection in China and Indonesia.
