  On October 31, 2019, the seminar of documentary《TAZARA:A Journey Without An End》 and theme book 《UHURU:The Story Of Tanzania-Zambia Railway》was held at the Tanzanian Embassy in China. Vice President of CPDA Liu Biwei, Tanzanian Ambassador to China Mbelwa Kairuki, Zambian Ambassador to China Winnie Chibesakunda and Headmaster of Zhejiang Normal University Zheng Mengzhuang and other representatives attended the opening ceremony and gave speeches.

  Vice President Liu Biwei reviewed and outlooked the friendship and cooperation between China and Tanzania, China and Zambia.He hopes that in the future, more domestic and foreign institutions, universities and think tanks will continue to create and publish more good works like 《TAZARA:A Journey Without An End》 and 《UHURU:The Story Of Tanzania-Zambia Railway》,telling the world good stories about China-Tanzania, China-Zambia, and China-Africa cooperation,spreading the positive energy of China-Africa cooperation.

  Tanzanian Ambassador to China Mbelwa Kairuki said that the Tanzania-Zambia Railway has extremely important historical significance for the national liberation of Tanzania and Zambia and cooperation between three countries.He hopes that in the future will be more works like《TAZARA:A Journey Without An End》to show the friendship story between the Chinese and African people.

  Zambian Ambassador to China, Winnie Chibesakunda said that the publication of the documentary《TAZARA:A Journey Without An End》and the theme book《UHURU:The Story Of Tanzania-Zambia Railway》is of great significance.The Tanzania-Zambia Railway not only represents the friendship between the three countries, but also a model of China-Africa cooperation.

  《TAZARA:A Journey Without An End》film crew and the main interviewees in the film、China Civil Engineering Construction Coporation、Chinese Academy of Social Sciences、Zhejiang Normal University、China Media Group、《People's Daily》、《Global Times》、Tanzania University of Dar es Salaam and representatives from Chinese and foreign companies、colleges、think tanks and media organizations, altogether about 70 people attended the event.
