On November 6, Vice President of China Public Diplomacy Association Luo Linquan was invited as a judge to the finals of the 2020 Shanghai Model Spokesperson Competition for University Students hosted by Shanghai International Studies University. Luo encouraged students to work hard to master foreign languages and keep abreast of the international situation in a timely manner, so as to prepare for speaking out for China in the international society in the future.
