On November 27th, Vice President of China Public Diplomacy Association, Liu Biwei was invited by Public Diplomacy Association of Wenzhou to give a lecture on public diplomacy and China-US relations at Wenzhou-Kean University. More than 60 people attended the lecture, including members of the Public Diplomacy Association of Wenzhou, directors of the special committees of CPPCC of local counties, municipalities and districts, and responsible personnel from overseas Chinese groups, universities, enterprises and social groups.
