On the morning of October 20th, President Wu Hailong was invited to attend the 6th "Guangdong Public Diplomacy Forum" organized by the Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association. He delivered a keynote speech on China-EU relations after the American Presidential Election and the EU in the context of Brexit and China-EU relations. Wang Rong, chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Guangdong Province and president of the Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association, presided over the meeting. Fu Lang, former director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangdong Province and standing vice president of the Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association, and over 300 representatives among cadres from Political Consultative Conference and democratic parties of Guangdong Province attended the meeting.
