Member's Convention is the highest authority of the association, from which Council of Directors is selected. The Standing Council of Directors exercises some functions on behalf of the Council of Directors when the latter is not in session. The Secretariat of the association acts as the executive body, which consists of Comprehensive Operation Office, Liaison Office and Projects Office.
