Journalists of China Africa Press Center (CAPC) and China Asia Pacific Press Center (CAPPC) under China International Press Communication Center (CIPCC) 2019 Program attended the 1st Zhejiang Media Cooperation and Communication Forum on International Sister Cities and the “Experience Beautiful Zhejiang” event.
On the forum, Journalists from CIPCC stated that the media and public opinion environment has changed profoundly and strengthening media dialogues serves as an important bond to enhance mutual understanding and win-win cooperation. They’d like to take the opportunity of this forum to further share experiences with Chinese media, expand integrated communication and communication channels, and make contribution to building a common community with a shared future for mankind.
Journalists visited Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, Yiwu International Trade City, Hangzhou Wisdom E Valley, China Artificial Intelligence Town, and Dream Village, etc. to experience modern technology and business development. They toured around China National Silk Museum, Songxi Village of Huangpu River, the Orchid Pavilion of Shaoxing, etc., watched the live-action performance Enduring Memories of Hangzhou and were impressed by the profound cultural heritage of Zhejiang Province and Yangtze River Delta.
During the 6-day visit, journalists witnessed the great achievements Zhejiang Province has made in politics, economy, technology, culture and other fields in the 70 years since the founding of New China. They expressed their willingness to introduce a real, objective China to their people at home, tell stories about China and promote cooperation between China and other countries.
